  • Door codes for smart locks will be provided for self check-in and check-out.
  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Property Access

  • This is a duplex home. The upper unit is being rented; other guests may be in the lower unit. The two units do not share common spaces and have separate entrances.
  • The upper unit has exclusive access to the upper deck and BBQ grill.
  • Both units may be rented together for additional space (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 floors).

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor deck. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside.
  • Minimum rental age is 25.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
  • Written rental agreement must be e-signed and returned after booking.
  • Fireworks are not permitted.
  • Minut smart home technology measures volume levels throughout the property. Minut is privacy compliant and required at this property.
  • Winter weather is unpredictable. No weather-related refunds are provided. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter.

Fees and Payments

  • $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog, for up to two dogs.
  • Additional guest surcharges may apply. Contact for custom quote before booking.
  • The hot tub is included during peak ski season (late December to mid-March). For other periods, an optional $195 setup fee applies.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge (see above).
  • $750 fine for smoking inside the house.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • Tesla Level 2 charger is shared between units. A CCS connector is provided; Tesla drivers require an adapter.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels, bed linens, high-speed internet, and kitchen basics are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer are available.
  • Dishwasher, hair dryer, toaster, stove, and oven are included.
  • First aid kit, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and deadbolts are provided for safety.
  • Hot tub is available (see Fees above). Use of hot tub is at your own risk. Special risks may be involved; you accept responsibility for any injury arising from use.

  • Outdoor and doorbell cameras are installed facing the driveway. No cameras are located in living areas.
